How do I book a class?

Browse classes on the explore page, select a class, pick an available time slot, and confirm your booking. For paid classes, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel upcoming bookings from your dashboard. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and the provider's policy. See our Terms of Service for details.

How do I list a class as a provider?

Register as a provider, then go to your dashboard and click "New Class". Fill in the details, set your schedule and pricing, and publish.

How do payments and payouts work?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Providers receive payouts through Stripe Connect to their connected bank account.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@hobbi.me and we'll process your request within 30 days. You can also request a full data export.
